SOCIAL MEDIA

I prioritize accurate, timely information to keep audiences informed in a clear and accessible way. I celebrate individuals, share moments of joy, and use high-quality imagery to create engaging content that connects, inspires, and tells a story.

In my current role, I’ve grown social media audience by 23% and increased engagement by 60% through more diverse and strategic content.

Previously, at UMF, I established the university’s Instagram presence and significantly boosted overall engagement across platforms.

Highlighting wonderful people in our communities and the great work they do remains a constant.

#FIRSTGENPROUD Campaign

The #FirstGenProud campaign at UMF celebrates the experiences, challenges, and contributions of first-generation college students. With a significant portion of the student body identifying as first-gen, this campaign highlights their unique journeys, the resilience they demonstrate, and the richness they bring to campus life. Through storytelling, support resources, and community engagement, #FirstGenProud fosters a culture of recognition and encouragement, ensuring these students feel seen, valued, and empowered to succeed. During my time at UMF, the campaign ran from October to early November and featured students and faculty alike. A few clickable samples can be found below.

National Nurses Week

National Nurses Week is a time to recognize the incredible dedication and impact of nurses, and I’m honored to help share their stories. Through social media and storytelling, I have the privilege of highlighting the compassion, resilience, and expertise that nurses—most of whom are women—bring to our communities every day.

For generations, women have carried the invaluable work of nursing, providing care, comfort, and advocacy in ways that often go unrecognized. I’m proud to uplift their voices, share their experiences, and celebrate their essential role in healthcare.
